Speakout is a way for young people in Cheshire to have their say on crime and safety in the county, raising the things that are important to them.
It has two parts.
First, there’s an online group of young people who tell Cheshire Police what they think about specific issues, from drugs and alcohol to cybercrime and bullying. Anyone can join this group and you can choose to stay anonymous if you want to.
Second, there are the Speakout Ambassadors. These are young people who have been trained to work with other young people, giving help and advice on safety matters in schools, youth clubs and other places.
Speakout’s motto is ‘Look Out, Speak Out’ and you can find out more by contacting PC Liz Stanton on 01606 364565 or at: firstname.lastname@example.org
